以Fe-21%(质量分数)Cr为基,分别添加0.05%、0.1%、0.15%、0.2%、0.25%、0.3%、0.35%、0.4%和0.5%(原子分数)的Gd、La或Ce, 研究合金在空气中1073K时的氧化行为.经增重测试、SEM和XRD分析,发现通过添加稀土元素,合金的抗氧化性能得到了改善.当稀土元素含量>0.15%(原子分数)时,与Fe-21Cr二元合金相比,Fe-21Cr-RE三元合金表现出良好的抗氧化性,其中含0.3%稀土元素的三元合金表现出最好的抗氧化性.各合金优良的抗氧化性与稀土元素对氧的亲和力密切相关.
