以水相悬浮法合成的氯磺化聚乙烯作为增韧剂,采用熔融共混的方法制备了氯磺化聚乙烯/聚氯乙烯(CSM/PVC)共混物.考察了CSM含量对其拉伸和冲击性能的影响,并对其进行了动态力学分析和形态分析.研究发现,氯磺化聚乙烯和聚氯乙烯部分相容,氯磺化聚乙烯能够均匀地分散在聚乙烯基体中.随着CSM含量的增加,共混物的冲击强度先增加后降低,而拉伸强度则随着CSM含量的增加而降低.
