用顶吹CO2-NaOH溶液体系模拟了RH-KTB顶吹氧溶氧过程。通过对碱液吸收CO2反应动力学的研究,考察了操作参数对RH-KTB顶吹氧脱碳过程中溶氧反应的影响。结果表明:提高气相中氧分压、增加提升氩气流量或采用低枪位喷吹都有利于加速溶氧脱碳。实验中还发现:顶吹氧气流量对容积传质系数影响很小,对熔池内的钢液流动状态影响不大。

The top injection of oxygen gas in RH-KTB degasser has been simulated by the top injection of CO2 in a physical model with NaOH solution. The effects of operation parameters on oxygen absorption of molten steel in RH-KTB degasser with top oxygen injection were analyzed through the kinetics study of NaOH solution absorbing CO2. The results showed that high oxygen partial pressure in the vacuum vessel, large flow rate of argon gas and low position of top oxygen injecting lance will accelerate the decarburization in RH-KTB reactor. It is also found that the oxygen gas flow rate has little effect on the volume mass coefficient of liquid phase.
