以三氟乙酸为溶剂,采用溶液共混旋转浇注法制备了纤维素/聚羟基丁酸酯电活性复合膜材料.通过扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱、差示扫描量热分析、X射线衍射对复合膜材料进行了表征,并测试了复合膜材料的力学性能与电活性性能.结果表明,复合膜材料中纤维素的结晶规整度下降,结晶度指数下降了29%;复合膜材料的断裂强度、断裂伸长率及杨氏模量分别为74MPa、7.2%和2.5GPa,较PHB有较大的提高;电活性复合膜材料最高可产生1.35cm的弯曲应变响应,较纯纤维素膜电活性材料性能提高了约50%,这种材料有望应用于制动器、感应器等领域.
