本文建立圆坯Ф180二维热应力模型。根据圆坯Ф180的数学传热模型,结合实测的边界条件计算出不同拉速下铸坯的收缩规律;建立结晶器二维热应力模型计算不同拉速下结晶器的温度场和变形量,从而设计出不同拉速下圆坯Ф180的连铸结晶器锥度。结果表明,结晶器的最优锥度为多锥度的抛物线曲线,结晶器的锥度随着拉速的的升高而减小。

A two-dimensional FEM model about round billet with a diameter of 180 is established . According to the model, the shrinkage of the round billet can be calculated at the different casting speed. Another two-dimensional FEM model is established to couple the mould temperature and mould stress field model. The mould temperature filed, distortion can be calculated in the different casting speed. Accordingly, we can design the mould taper of round billet with a diameter of 180 in the different casting speed. The results show that the best taper of mould is the parabola taper. With the rise of the speed, the taper of the mould will decrease.
