以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸β-羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯为原料,通过自由基溶液聚合,制备了氟化羟基丙烯酸酯树脂。考察了聚合温度、引发剂物质的量浓度、含氟单体及含羟基单体物质的量浓度对聚合速率的影响以及涂膜的疏水性。结果表明,当含氟单体用量为20%时,涂膜的水接触角为101°,聚合反应的表观活化能为88.13 kJ/mol,聚合速率同引发剂物质的量浓度的0.8592次方、含氟单体物质的量浓度的0.2801次方、含羟基单体物质的量浓度的0.6285次方分别成正比。

Hydroxylic fluoroacrylate resin was prepared via radical solution copolymerization of methyl methacrylate,butyl acrylate,β-hydroxyethyl methacrylate and dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate.The influence of reaction temperature,initiator concentration,fluorine-containing and hydroxyl-containing monomers on polymerization rate was investigated.It is found that the water contact angle of the coating reaches 101° as the fluorine-containing monomer’s dosage of 20%.The apparent activation energy of the system is 88.13 kJ/mol,and the copolymerization rate is directly proportional to the 0.8592th power of initiator concentration and to the 0.2801th power of fluorine-containing monomer concentration and to the 0.6285th power of hydroxyl-containing monomer concentration respectively.
