热镀锌过程中,锌锅内各零件涂层会受到冷热冲击作用易失效.采用超音速喷涂工艺在不同丙烷流量下,在Q235低碳钢表面制备了3种TiB2-40Ni金属陶瓷涂层,通过水淬法测试涂层的抗热震性能.通过扫描电镜分析了3种涂层在不同温度下热震后的表面和截面形貌,研究了涂层的抗热震性能.结果表明:在600℃时,随着热震次数的增加,3种涂层中裂纹扩展均变严重,并且以丙烷流量为30 L/min所得涂层的抗热震性能最差,丙烷流量为36 L/min所得涂层的最好;在800℃热震条件下,3种涂层失效较快,并且在涂层表面形成了较多的交叉裂纹,涂层中裂纹扩展严重,导致涂层与基体界面处出现腐蚀现象.
