采用经典失重法研究了葡萄糖酸钠与硫酸锌复配在3.5%的NaCl、pH值为6.5的去离子水体系中对7-30铸铁的缓蚀效应.结果表明,当葡萄糖酸锌的配比浓度为0.5×10~(-3) mol/L和0.75×10~(-3) mol/L时,缓蚀率高达92.3%与95.4%,同时借助扫描电镜、动电位实验探讨了其缓蚀机理.

Synergistic inhibition effect of(C_6H_(11)O_7)Na and Zn~(2+) on cast iron Z30 in 3.5% NaCl was studied by the method of weight loss.The results show that the complex of(C_6H_(11)_O_7)Na and Zn~(2+) has a good synergistic inhibition effect.When the concentration of(C_6H_(11)_O_7)_2 Zn comes to 0.5×10~(-3) mol/L and 0.75×10~(-3) mol/L.the inhibition efficiencies were 92.3% and 95.4% respectively.The mechanism of inhibition Was discussed in terms of the results of polarization curves and SEM-EDX.
