将等寿命设计思想引入锻模设计中,结合实际模具服役情况以及模具各个区域的温度、应力、磨损特点,将模具划分为不同的区域并针对各区域特点进行模具选材及制造工艺设计,以达到提高模具寿命及模具材料利用率、降低模具成本的目的。

The design idea of equal life was introduced into forging mold design. Combined with the actual service condition and the temperature,stress and wearing feature in different regions,the forging molds were divided into several different areas,and materials and manufacturing processes were selected according to this. As a result,the mold life,stock utilization can be improved and the cost of mold can be reduced.
