利用开发的三维适体数值计算软件对吹气精炼钢包内的流动和混合过程进行了数学模拟,考察了操作参数对钢包内流动方式和混合的影响,提出了描述钢包内混合时间的代数表达式和合理的喷吹位置.数值模拟结果与实测值在定量上吻合较好.

3-dimensional fluid flow and mixing characteristics in gas-stirred ladles were studied by using the authors'code. The effects of various operating conditions on fluid patterns and mixing in gas-mstirred ladles were investigated. An empirical relationship for mixing time and an optimum location for the nozzle in the ladle were proposed. The predicted results are in good quantitative agreements with the measured ones.
