用DSC研究了两种成核剂成核PP的非等温结晶 行为与熔融特性。两种成核剂均使PP的降温结晶温度提高,结晶峰半高宽变窄,结晶度与熔点 略有提高,但结晶峰对称性变差,熔融峰半高宽加大,成核样品的结晶温度对冷却速率的依赖 性较纯PP的小。根据过冷度和成核PP与纯PP的结晶温度之差,成核剂成核作用大小顺序为:A >D。

The non-isothermal crystallization behavi or and melting characteristics of polypropylene(PP) nucleated by different nucle ating agents were studied by DSC. Compared with pure PP, nucleated PP shows a hi gher crystallization temperature, more narrow half-height width of crystalliz ation peak, a little higher melting point and degree of crystallinity, wider hal f-height width of melting peak; but the shape symmetry of their crystallization peaks is worse. The dependence of crystallization temperatures of nucleated sam ples on the cooling rate is weaker than pure PP. According to the supercooling degree and the difference of the crystallization temperature between PP and nucl eated PP, the order of nucleating effect of nucleating agents: A>D.
