以诺氟沙星与锌离子的配合物为模板分子,采用N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,在水醇溶剂中成功地制备了诺氟沙星-锌(Ⅱ)分子印迹聚合物。采用紫外,红外对其金属配合方式进行了研究。结果表明,锌离子是通过与诺氟沙星中3位的羧基、4位的酮基及4-乙烯基吡啶的N原子形成三元配合物而进行金属印迹作用。等温吸附与选择性识别实验结果表明,金属存在下聚合物的吸附性能最佳,制备的聚合物对氧氟沙星及酮洛芬的分离因子分别为1.86和2.16。

A metal-complexing template polymer was prepared in methanol solution by molecularly imprinted technique,using norfloxacin-zinc(Ⅱ) complex as the template.The coordination mode between norfloxacin,zinc(Ⅱ) and 4-vinylpyridine was studied by UV and IR measurements.The results show that the metal complexes are formed by the carboxyl,ketone groups of the norfloxacin and N of 4-vinylpyridine with Zinc(Ⅱ).The prepared imprinted polymers display the obviously specificity adsorption for norfloxacin-zinc(Ⅱ) complex,the specific adsorption capacity is 69.74 mol/g.The selectivity binding experiments indicate that the separation factor of the prepared polymers is 2.11 and 1.76 to Ketoprofen and(S)-ibuprofen,respectively.
