The deformation dislocation structures and cyclic deformation dislocation structures of several alloy structural steels (ferritic steel, ferritepearlite steel and quenchtempered steel) were studied. The dislocation tangle mechanism of strengthening process for the precipitationhardening steel, competitive mechanisms of static and cyclic loading, and nucleation mechanism of cyclic microcrack were expounded.
