The deformation dislocation structures and cyclic deformation dislocation structures of several alloy structural steels (ferritic steel, ferritepearlite steel and quenchtempered steel) were studied. The dislocation tangle mechanism of strengthening process for the precipitationhardening steel, competitive mechanisms of static and cyclic loading, and nucleation mechanism of cyclic microcrack were expounded.
