在前期研究基础上,本文分析了抗体结合/离解率、抗原浓度、脑脊液(Cerebrospinal fluid,CSF)体积流速、CSF体积、CSF壁面表面积、同位素半衰期、抗体注射剂量和放射性标记抗体的比活性等参数不确定性对放射免疫疗法治疗脑部肿瘤效果的影响,进一步分析了CSF体积流速随机因素的作用,研究结果对优化放射免疫治疗参数及制定临床治疗方案具有重要的参考价值.
