采用烧结法制备了CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系粉煤灰微晶玻璃.利用X射线衍射测试了微晶玻璃晶相类型,利用电子探针-能谱分析法研究了晶相组成、组织结构及玻璃基体中的氧硅比.结果表明,BaO质量分数由2%增加到5.77%时,氧硅比值由2.80增加到2.91;提高氧硅比降低硅氧四面体网络的连接程度,降低高温粘度及烧结终止温度.微晶玻璃含有单一的硅灰石衍射峰,微晶玻璃中晶相的EDS能谱中只包含Ca、Si、O 3种元素,其相应的原子比值接近1∶1∶3,化学表达式为CaSiO3;BaO含量变化没有改变微晶玻璃主晶相的种类,均为单一的硅灰石晶体.
