针对碳钢材料8年实海试验的腐蚀结果,采用数学模拟的方法进行了分析,提出了环境腐蚀系数的概念和包含环境腐蚀系数的碳钢腐蚀深度方程。青岛、厦门、榆林等三个腐蚀试验站的全浸区腐蚀数据与该工程的计算结果非常吻合。

An equation of corrosion depth vs exposure tie of cabon steel in marine environment was deduced, based in the eight-year in-situ corrosion exposure test of A3 steel and 3C steel in Qingdal, Xiamen and Yulin.Aconcept of environmental corrosion coefficent is introduced to interpret the corrosion depth equation.Experimental data and creature fouling status in the immersed zone are in reasonable correspondence with the equation.
