在热轧过程中,加热炉和粗轧机基本上是各自独立控制的,粗轧机作为加热炉的后续设备不能及时地把轧制信息反馈给加热炉,因而导致加热炉不能按照粗轧机的生产要求去完成钢坯的加热过程。在此过程中存在着生产能耗过大、钢坯加热质量不高、生产过程难以优化等问题。针对这些问题,提出了基于生产目标的热轧过程集成优化控制策略,将加热炉和粗轧机组成一个有机的闭环系统,使加热炉的生产能够满足粗轧机轧制生产的需要,通过对热轧过程的建模和优化,达到节能降耗、保障轧制生产安全、优化生产过程的目的。

In hot rolling process, reheating furnace and roughing mill are controlled separately in general, and as a subsequent equipment of reheating furnace, roughing mill can not feed useful rolling information back to reheating furnace in time, so that reheating furnace can not heat slabs according to the requirement of roughing mill. In this process, excessive energy consumption, slab′s low heating quality and difficulties of optimizing this production process are pivotal problems. In order to solve these problems, a new integrated optimizing control strategy based on production is presented, which forms a closed loop between reheating furnace and roughing mill, making the production of reheating furnace meet the requirement of roughing mill. In this way, energy consumption can be reduced, the production process can be optimized, and the production security of rolling process can be quaranted at the same time.
