介绍西气东输管道4000km干线检查片埋设试验和自行开发仪器的在线检测情况,根据实测管道交流电位、管道与检查片电偶电流,讨论了沿线交流及直流电干扰程度.探讨在一般干扰强度下,用扣除IR降的管道真实电位评价管道最低阴极保护度的可行性.

The buried coupon tests along the 4000 km East-West Gas Pipeline were described, as well as the in-situ measurements on buried coupons by DIY instrument. According to the measured AC potential of pipeline and the currents of coupons to pipeline, the AC and DC electric interference was analyzed along the whole pipeline, respectively. In additions, the possibility of evaluation of the protective degree of the applied cathodic protection on the pipeline by true potential (minus IR drop) was discussed under generic electric interference.
