采用高温干燥箱在100℃、120℃、150℃条件下研究了热老化对阿莫斯(APMOC)结构与性能的影响,并对老化试样进行了单丝拉伸测试及相应的结构分析.实验表明,在实验温度范围内,APMOC不存在明显分子结构的变化;在100℃,120℃处理条件下,由于结晶度的增加,纤维性能有轻微上升,而150℃处理使力学性能下降,且强度变化比模量变化明显;热老化对纤维性能影响的总体趋势是使其脆化,伸长率下降,通过老化前后拉伸断口的扫描电镜(SEM)观察结合纤维自身皮芯结构的特点,解释了老化前后纤维失效形式从原纤劈裂到脆性断裂的微观机理.

In order to investigate the influence of thermal ageing on structure and property of APMOC, thermal ageing was carried out at 100℃, 120℃ and 150℃ by means of high temperature drier. Single filament tensile testing and relevant structure analysis was implemented after ageing . The results show:there's nearly no molecular structure change within the experimental temperature;while tensile property increases a little after ageing at 100℃and 120℃ due to increase of crystallinity;at 150℃, mechanical property degrades and strength degrades more than module;the overall trend of thermal ageing is to embrittle the fibre and make its elongation decrease;combined failure fracture observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM)with fibre' s self skin-core structure character,microscopic mechanism of fibre's failure goes from 'fibrillation' to brittle rupture was interpreted.
