利用DIL805A型相变仪分析了不同工艺条件下大型低镍塑料模具钢718M的冷却相变过程,研究了原始组织、奥氏体化温度和保温时间对过冷奥氏体中析出先共析铁素体的影响规律.结果表明,低镍718M钢合理的成分设计使其具有高淬透性,先共析铁素体析出的临界冷速介于0.01~0.02℃.s~(-1),原始组织对淬透性影响显著;通过提高奥氏体化温度减少铁素体晶界形核位置来提时高淬透性的作用有限.

Under different processing conditions, procutectoid ferritc transformation behavior in low nickel-alloyed 718 M steel for large plastic mold was examined with a DIL805A type phase transformation instrument. The effects of original microstrueture of the steel, austenitizing temperature and soaking time on the formation of proeutectoid ferrite were investigated. The results show that the low nickelalloyed 718 M steel exhibits high hardenability. The critical cooling speed for formation of proeutcctoid ferrite is between O. 01 ~ 0. 02 ℃·s~(-1). Considerable effect of original microstructure of the steel on its hardenability is observed, however, no significant effect of increasing austeniztizing temperature on hardenability of the steel is found.
