用甲基氢醌和2-氯-5-硝基三氟甲苯通过亲核取代及还原反应合成出了一种二胺单体2,5-双(2-三氟甲基-4-氨基苯氧基)甲苯(DATHQ-2TF),采用该二胺单体和1,4-双(4-氨基-2-三氟甲基苯氧基)苯(6FAPB)分别与1,2,3,4-环丁烷四甲酸二酐(CBDA)反应制得聚酰胺酸(PAA),再经过热酰亚胺化制备出了聚酰亚胺薄膜PI-1和PI-2,并对其结构和性能进行研究。结果表明:两种薄膜均具有非常好的综合性能,薄膜在450 nm处的透光率都在80%以上,5%热分解温度均超过430℃,且都具有良好的溶解性能。由于甲基的引入使得PI-1薄膜比PI-2薄膜具有更好的溶解性,但光学透明性和热性能稍有下降。
