采用磁悬浮熔炼方法制备(La0.8 Nd0.2)2 Mg(Ni0.8-xCo0.1Mn0.1Alx)9(x=0,0.05,0.1,0.15)系列合金,系统研究了A1替代Ni对合金相结构、储氢性能及电化学性能的影响.XRD分析表明,铸态合金分别由LaNi5相及LaNi3相组成;P-C-T测试显示随着A1替代量的增加,在相同温度下,合金的最大吸氢量先增加后减少;电化学测试表明,随着x增加,合金电极的最大放电容量逐渐降低,最大放电容量由x=0时的347 mA·h/g逐渐下降到z=0.15时的263 mA·h/g.
