采用多元微合金化成分设计,通过LF+VD精炼、连铸、TMCP控轧控冷、正火等一系列技术,成功开发出高强高韧性的XGD36-Z35深海石油钻井平台用特厚钢板(80~100mm)。试生产结果表明:特厚板内部质量和各项综合性能指标均能满足用户的要求。其中探伤合格率达到99.8%,不同厚度的最小屈服强度和抗拉强度分别超过365和515MPa,最小伸长率为30.5%;z向断面收缩率最小值为39.2%;-20℃横向1/4和1/2冲击功最小值分别为79和81J。

A high strength and toughness deep-sea oil drilling platform structure steel XG D36-Z35 (80~ 100 mm) was developed by a series of advanced technologies such as multi-micro alloy compound design, LF+ VD refi- ning, casting, TMCP rolling and normalizing heat treatment. The results show the steel has good metallurgical quality, high mechanical properties, which can meet the requirements of consumers. The qualified ratio of ultrason- ic flaw detection attained 99.8%, the yield strength and tensile strength were more than 365 and 515 MPa respective- ly, and extensibility was more than 30. 5% ; Moreover, thickness directional section shrinkage also was more than 39.2% ; and under --20 "C, the 1/4 and 1/2 impact energy on different positions was more than 79 and 81 J respectively.
