通过两步法合成一种含有苯环侧基的聚芳硫醚砜-聚砜嵌段共聚物(PASS-b-PSF).利用傅里叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振波谱对产物的化学结构进行了表征;用差示扫描量热分析、热重分析、万能试验机等手段对PASS-b-PSF的热性能及拉伸性能进行了测试.结果表明,共聚物的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)均高于212℃,初始降解温度Td.5%高于430℃,拉伸强度均在50MPa以上,具有优良的热性能及力学性能;溶解性试验表明,随着苯环侧基含量的增加,其溶解性增大,溶剂结晶化温度有明显的降低或溶剂结晶化现象消失.
