利用化学共沉淀法制备了Sr0.4Ca0.6RuO3样品.X射线衍射确定样品相结构为正交畸变钙钛矿结构.用振动样品磁强计(VSM)和Quantum Design PPMS 9系统测量了样品的磁性能.使用Quantum Design PPMS 9系统和牛津公司制造的多用途测量系统(Maglab Exa Measurement System)测量了样品的输运性质.
