利用DTATG、恒温TG和XRD测试方法研究了硼铁矿氧化焙烧过程中的相变和失重率。实验表明,硼铁矿在氧化焙烧的过程中,低温时(<700 ℃)矿石中的磁铁矿发生氧化反应生成赤铁矿,蛇纹石分解生成镁橄榄石。硼镁石在700 ℃左右分解脱掉结构水形成遂安石,硼镁石的分解是造成硼铁矿大量失重的主要原因。通过XRD分析可知矿石中的镁铁矿相、硼铁矿相为最稳定相,在硼铁矿原矿焙烧过程中不发生相变。为硼铁矿烧结冶炼工艺提供了必要的理论依据。

The phase transformation and weight loss rate of ludwigite in oxidizing roasting were studied by DTATG, isothermal TG and XRD. The results show that magnetite is transformed into hematite, serpentine is decomposed into forsterite at lower temperature (T<700 ℃). The dehydration and transformation into suanite of decomposed of szaibelyite at about 700 ℃ is the main reason of ludwigite weight loss. It was found by XRD that paigeite and magnoferrite are the most stable component without phase tromsformation during oxidizing roasting.
