采用剥掉铠装层通以单相电流模拟三芯钢带铠装电缆通以三相电流,将敷设于电缆沟中的完整电缆段和剥掉铠装层电缆段串联加载不同的电流进行载流量试验,对比研究了两者的温度;根据电磁场理论,计算了载流量试验中的铠装损耗。按照IEC载流量计算标准,研究了铠装损耗对载流量影响的程度。研究表明,三芯铠装电缆加载单相电流时的铠装损耗不可忽略,但对载流量的影响不超过4%,且偏保守。

The current-carrying capacity of three-core cable with and without steel armour layed in cable trench was tested through applying different single-phase current, and their temperature was compared. The loss induced by armour of the test cable was calculated according to electromagnetic field theory. The effect of loss induced by armour on the current-carrying capacity was studied according to IEC standard of current-carrying capacity. The results show that the loss induced by armour of the three-core cable can’t be neglected when applying single-phase current, and the current-carrying capacity decreases by about 4%, which is acceptable.
