以EDTA为螫合剂,采用水热法合成了微米级单掺Pr3+,Nd3+,Sm3+,Eu3+,Er3+等的NaYF4荧光粉材料.通过XRD和SEM观察分析,得出所合成的材料分散性良好,相纯度较高,并认为EDTA在水热熟化过程中,对控制微晶的形貌有很大的作用;分别在各自对应的几个波长光激发或发射下,可观察到较强的激发峰或发射峰,对发光机制进行了初步探讨,基质晶格场的作用导致了一些发射峰的红移或蓝移.
