In order to simplify production process and to decrease production cost of thicker cold-rolled IF steel sheets for deep drawing applications, a new hot-rolled IF steel sheet is developed through hot-rolling in alpha region. In this paper, properties, microstructures and precipitate morphology of hot-rolled IF steel sheets are described.
