针对某汽车零部件加工厂在生产某型号汽车内板件时出现的起皱、鼓包、厚度分布不均匀以及回弹变形严重的问题,提出一种优化的成形工艺方案。以减少起皱及鼓包现象、扩大厚度均匀区、减小回弹变形量为优化目标,并以拉延筋系数和压边力为优化因素,用Matlab与Design-expert软件结合的方式进行优化。生产实践结果表明:通过多目标优化后的内板件成形工艺可以获得表面质量好、形状误差小、尺寸精度高的产品。

An optimized scheme of forming process was aimed at the problems of wrinkling,swelling,thickness nonuniformity and rebound deformation during the production of automobile inner panel in an auto parts factory. The purpose was to reduce the swelling,enlarge the uniform region of thickness and decrease the rebound deformation. The coefficient of drawbead and the blank holder force was adopted as optimizing factors. The softwares of Matlab and Design?expert were used to optimization. The actual production results show that automobile inner panels with good surface finish,small shape error and high dimension precision can be obtained by the application of the multi?objective optimized scheme of forming process.
