对CSP工艺及传统工艺流程下再结晶退火织构和组织对成品磁性能的影响进行了对比分析,结果发现:同牌号的无取向电工钢,CSP流程生产的成品组织尺寸大、铁损低;CSP工艺流程的再结晶退火织构具有高的{100}<0vw>有利织构组分,较低的不利织构{111}组分;CSP流程生产的无取向电工钢磁性能得到明显提高,磁感B50值提高约0.02 T.

The effect of microstructure and texture on magnetic properties of non-oriented electrical steel produced by CSP and traditional processes was investigated. The result shows that the final product grain size is bigger and the iron loss is lower for the same grade produced by CSP line; the recrystallization texture has reduced density of {111} adverse fiber component and enhanced {100}<0vw> favorable fiber component by CSP. It is found that the magnetic properties of the non-oriented electrical steels are enhanced significantly by CSP process, and the value of B_(50) is increased by 0. 02 T.
