研究了EPDM/PA共混物的流变性能、耐油性、耐化学溶剂性、吸水性及动态生热。结果表明,随PA用量增多,共混物的假塑性变得不明显,呈现出宾汉流体的行为;共混物的表观粘度随剪切速率的增加而降低,表现出假塑性;PA分散于基体EPDM中,大幅度提高了基体的耐油性;虽然PA难溶于二甲苯,但共混物中的PA易于被二甲苯刻蚀;尽管共混物含30份的PA,但仍具有优良的耐吸水性;与近似硬度的EPDM过氧化物硫化胶相比,共混物的生热有大幅度降低

The rheological property, oil-reststant property, solvent-resistant property, water-resistant property, and dynamic heat build-up of EPDM/PA compound were reviewed. The result shows that, with the increase of PA amount, pseudoplastic flow becomes unapparent and Binham flow becomes apparent. With the increase of sheartng rate, apparent viscosity of EPDM/PA blending system is decreased and pseudoplastic flow becomes apparent. That PA is dispersed in EPDM improved significantly oil-resistant property of EPDM. PA, which is difficuit to be solved by toluene, is easy to be solved by toluene while dispersed in EPDM. EPDM/PA blend, including 30 phr PA, gained excellent water-resistant property. Compared with EPDM without PA, the dynamic heat butld-up of EPDM/PA blend whose shore A is almost the same as that of the former EPDM is very low.
