采用旋转流变仪、动态力学分析仪(DMA)、扫描电镜(SEM)和偏光显微镜对聚对苯二甲酸丙二酯(PTT)/炭纤维(CF)复合材料的动态力学性能、流变行为、相形态和结晶形态进行了研究。结果表明,CF在基体中无规分布并与基体具有良好的粘接性能,在降温过程中PTT仍形成球晶。PTT/CF复合材料熔体仍为假塑性流体,复数黏度随剪切速率的增加而下降;随着CF含量增加,熔体的复数黏度逐渐降低,流动性提高,熔体粘性行为随着CF含量增加而增加,弹性行为减小。随着CF含量增加,复合材料的储能模量升高,当CF质量分数为10%时,复合材料的储能模量最高,玻璃化转变温度略有升高。

The rheological and dynamic mechanical properties of poly(trimethylene terephthalate)(PTT)/carbon fiber(CF) composites were studied.The results suggest that carbon fibers disperse irregularly in the PTT matrix and the good interface interactions are formed between the carbon fibers and the matrix.PTT forms spherulites in the composites but their size are much smaller than those formed in pure PTT.The storage modulus of composites increases with increasing content of CF,and the composites modulus reaches maximum when the mass fraction of CF is 10%.Moreover,the glass-transition temperature of the composites goes up with increasing content of CF.PTT/CF composites melt is pseudo-plastic fluids,and the complex viscosity of the composites melt decreases with increasing content of CF due to the self-lubricating effect of the CF.Furthermore,the elasticity of the melt decreases while the viscosity increases with increasing content of CF.
