对热挤压变形处理的Mg-3Al-2Sc合金进行不同工艺的退火处理,分析了不同退火工艺处理后合金的显微组织变化,并测试了热挤压处理和完全再结晶退火后合金的力学性能。结果表明:经380℃×2 h退火后,挤压态的Mg-3Al-2Sc合金基本获得了完全的等轴的再结晶组织,综合力学性能高于AZ31变形镁合金,主要原因在于添加Sc后镁合金的显微组织得到明显细化。

Different annealing treatments to the hot-extruded M g-3A1-2Sc alloy were carried out, microstructure of the alloy after different annealing processes was analyzed, and the mechanical properties of the alloy after hot extrnsion treatment and completely recrystallization annealing were tested. The results show that after annealing at 380 ℃ for 2 h, the microstrueture of the Mg-3A1-2Sc alloy basically exhibits the completely equiaxed grains because of the recrystallization, and the comprehensive mechanical properties of the alloy are better than that of AZ31 wrought magnesium alloy, for which the main reason is that the microstructure of the alloy is refined with adding of Se.
