800mm厚塑料模具钢3Cr2MnNiMo经调质处理后,内部组织由回火索氏体、回火下贝氏体和粒状贝氏体组成,组织不均匀是由于合金元素的微观偏析,随偏析程度的增加,局部显微硬度值增高。样品经机械抛光后表面的三维形貌显示从基体至元素偏析区表面逐步隆起;粒状贝氏体区的局部光洁度最高,回火下贝氏体最低。经高温扩散退火处理后,显微硬度均匀性显著提高。

Structure of plastic mould steel 3Cr2MnNiMo with thickness 800mm, treated by quenching and high temperature tempering, composed of tempered sorbite, tempered low bainite and granular bainite. Alloying element segregation result in inhomogeneous structure and local microhardness increase with segregation level increased. Threedimensional map of specimen treated by mechanicallypolished shows that surface rising while probe entering to segregation spot, local smoothness of granular bainite and tempered low bainite are highest and lowest respectively. Uniformity of microhardness improved significantly after high temperature diffusion annealing.
