钙钛矿型气敏材料由于具有稳定的晶体结构和良好的热稳定性,越来越引起人们的重视.介绍了钙钛矿型复合氧化物的结构,综述了钙钛矿型复合氧化物(ABO3)的气敏性质以及在气敏方面的研究应用进展.并对今后的研究方向进行了展望.

Perovskite gas-sensing materials have attracted more and more attention because of their stable crystal structure and good thermal stability. In this paper, the research progress about ABO3 perovskite gas-sensing materials is introduced. The crystal structure, gas-sensitive properties and application in gas sensor are reviewed, and the future research direction is also pointed.
