利用磨盘型力化学反应器对部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)和疏水单体苯乙烯进行固相力化学共碾磨。产物红外谱图分析表明,接枝产物既有HPAM的结构,同时含有苯环,说明两者发生聚合。差示扫描量热结果显示,未碾磨的HPAM的熔融温度为209.4℃,碾磨10次后下降为206.7℃,而碾磨10次的共聚产物为256.2℃,说明发生共聚反应后使聚合物的热稳定性明显改善。热重分析表明,未碾磨的HPAM的Ti为233.9℃,碾磨10次后Ti降低为233.1℃,碾磨10次的共聚产物的Ti没有降低反而升高为281.6℃,提高了47.5℃,进一步说明聚合物的热稳定性提高。

A millstone type force chemical reactors were used to partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM)and hydrophobic monomer styrene for solid-phase mechanochemical grinding altogether.The infrared spectrum analyses of the products show that the grafted products have HPAM structure,while benzene ring also contains.By means of differential scanning calorimeter analyses,the results show that the melting temperature of no milling HPAM is 209.4 ℃,it goes down to 206.7 ℃after being grinded for 10 times,and it is up to 256.2 ℃ for the copolymerization products after being grinded for 10 times.The results indicate that the polymers' thermal stability is improved obviously after graft copolymerization reaction taking place.Thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) shows that Ti of no milling HPAM is 233.9 ℃,while it decreases to 233.1 ℃ after being grinded for 10 times,Ti of copolymer after being grinded for 10 times is not reduction instead of rising to 281.6 ℃,increases 47.5 ℃,further explaining the enhancement of the thermal stability of polymer.
