采用固相反应法合成了(La1-xPrx)2/3 Srl/3Co0.8Nio.203(LPSCN,x=0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8)钙钛矿型氧化物系列样品,采用电导弛豫法研究了LPSCN样品的氧化学扩散系数.结果表明,LPSCN样品具有较高的氧化学扩散系数,且随着镨含量的减少、温度的升高而增大;LPSCN样品的电导率与氧分压呈oOC Po.2n关系,且电导率随镨含量的减少、温度的降低而增大.样品LPSCN-82在800℃下的氧化学扩散系数Dchem值为1.18×10-4cm2/s;样品LPSCN-82在500℃下氧分压为1.0×lO5Pa时电导率有最大值为974.74S/cm,是比较理想的固体氧化物燃料电池的阴极材料.
