本文对YBFO体系掺杂Ca,获得(Y1-xCax)Ba2Fe3O8+w(YCBFO,x=0,0.05,0.10,0.20)相,通过X射线粉末衍射、扫描电子显微镜等方法,研究YBFO体系内掺入Ca之后,对YBFO的晶体结构、晶胞参数等方面的影响.研究结果表明:对YBFO体系内掺Ca,Ca进入Y位,是空穴型掺杂,这种掺杂并不改变YBFO的P4/mmm空间群的四方晶系结构,仅使其晶胞参数a、c减小.其中,a减少的原因是Fe(2)-O2及Fe(1)-O3键矩的缩短,而c减少的原因是系统内氧的减少.

A series of phase pure samples of(Y1-xCax)Ba2Fe3O8+w(YCBFO,x=0,0.05,0.10,0.20) is synthesized and the Ca doping effect on the crystal structure of YBa2Fe3O8+w(YBFO) is studied with XRD and SEM.The results show: Ca substitution for Y in YBFO is cavity-doping,which does not change the tetragonal structure of P4/mmm space group,but makes unit cell parameters a,c decreased.It is argued that unit cell parameter a is reduces by shortening bond distance of Fe(2)-O2 and Fe(1)-O3 whereas the unit cell parameters c is shortened by decreasing oxygen atoms in the system.
