磷石膏是一种含有磷、氟等杂质的化学石膏,其中杂质对磷石膏的应用性能产生了不利影响,限制了其实际应用.由于杂质的存在,磷石膏脱水温度较天然石膏低,当其用作水泥缓凝剂时,在粉磨温度下可能脱水生成半水石膏和无水石膏,影响水泥性能;磷石膏和天然石膏制备的半水石膏胶结材料微观结构与物理性能之间存在较大差异.现有磷石膏预处理研究大多偏重于宏观性能的比较,而对杂质影响机理的研究较为欠缺,因此很有必要对其进行系统的基础研究.
