研究了铌对钒微合金化高碳钢在不同加热温度和保温时间下的奥氏体晶粒长大规律的影响.结果表明,含铌A钢在1100℃以下具有较好的抗晶粒粗化能力,组织中存在大量以NbC为主的析出物,其奥氏体晶界迁移能仅为44.2 kJ/mol;而不含铌B钢,不具有某一温度下的抗晶粒粗化能力,同时组织中仅发现较少量VC析出物,其奥氏体晶界迁移能高达197.2 kJ/mol;在高碳钢中,同一奥氏体温度下,V降低NbC完全溶解温度.
