高级检索

采用TG-DSC、原位红外、XRD等研究YBCO-TFA前驱溶液的热解行为,结果表明:在230~320℃区间YBCO-TFA前驱体的热解产物为BaF2、CuO、Y2O3、YBaF及其他非晶态物质.并给出了TFA-MOD YBCO胶体的整个分解反应历程和机理的分析,有利于热解工艺的优化并实现高性能涂层导体的制备.
