以氢氧化钠溶液为媒介,研究了分子量、结晶度等因素对聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)降解性能的影响,并对其降解机理进行了初步探讨。结果表明,PBS的降解性能不仅与结晶度有关,还受到内部球晶形态的影响;分子量仅对降解初期有较大影响,并且随着分子量的增加,降解速率下降不明显。试样降解前后的凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)和差示扫描量热分析(DSC)数据表明:PBS的降解属于从非晶区开始的无规断链。

In order to improve the degradability of poly(butylene succinate)(PBS),the factors such as molecular weight and crystallinity have been studied;biodegradable mechanism of PBS has also been discussed.The results show that the degradability of PBS is related with the degree of crystallinity,and also subjected to the structure of crystalline morphology;influence of molecular weight is greater only on the initial stage of degradation,and with the molecular weight increasing,the decline of degradation rate is not obvious.The results of gel permeation in chromatography(GPC) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) suggest that the degradation of PBS belongs to random chain scission which begins with the amorphous region.
