本文利用了陷阱参数、陷阱密度、陷阱结合能与电化学渗透实验中滞后时间的关系通过实验测出了室温附近气在Pd晶体中的表观扩散系数和晶格扩散系数;并定量获得室温下铸态、退火态、形变态三种不同状态的Pd晶体中上述氘陷阱参数及氘与位错间的交互作用能

The relationships among trapping parameter, density of traps, trappingbinding energy and time-lag in electrochemical permeation experiment were studied forPd-D system. The apparent and lattice diffusivity of deuterium in palladium around theroom temperature was measured, and the deuterium trapping parameters for as cast,well-annealed and deformed palladium, as well as the binding energy between deuteriumand dislocation were obtained.
