为了给花键轴在制造业中的庞大需求量提供有效的解决途径,分析了传统花键轴增量式滚轧成形工艺的特点,并利用DEFORM-3D软件和Johnson-Cook(J-C)材料模型建立了其对应的有限元模型.从数值模拟和理论分析了传统工艺中容易出现的分齿不均、乱齿及齿形材料折叠等工艺缺陷,进而提出一种花键轴动力增量式滚轧成形工艺,并验证了该改进工艺的可行性.研究表明,花键轴动力增量式滚轧工艺解决了传统工艺中容易出现的分齿不均、乱齿及齿形材料折叠等工艺缺陷,且成形的花键轴齿数准确,齿廓清晰、饱满.
