利用湍流理论,建立中间包温度场的数学模型。通过建立中间包温度场的有限元模型,分析了有限元法在模拟中间包温度场方面的应用。基于有限元法对中间包温度场及其温度分布进行了分析研究,结果表明:中间包内钢水的流动在许多情况下表现为一种非等温状态下的流动,不同结构中间包内钢液温度分布有差异。优化后的中间包钢液的温度分布均匀,有利于提高连铸坯的质量。

A finite element model was built to describe the temperature field in the tundish by using of turbulence theory.The application of FEM to simulation of temperature field in the tundish and description of temperature distribution in the tundish was presented. The results indicate that the flow of molten steel in tundish in many cases is under nonisothermal condition, and the temperature distribution pattern of molten steel is different. The temperature distribution in modified tundish is homogeneous and such tundish is useful to enhance the quality of continuou cast slab.
