应用自主开发的离子电流检测和分析系统,在一台由柴油机改装而成的低热值气体燃料单缸发动机上开展了过量空气系数和转速对离子电流影响的试验研究。研究结果表明,低热值气体燃料发动机离子电流呈双峰,过量空气系数过大会使第二峰的峰值不明显。过量空气系数的增加会使离子电流的峰值下降,到达第一峰峰值的曲轴转角位置滞后。转速对离子电流的影响较小,转速的增加会使低热值气体燃料发动机离子电流的峰值略有增加。

Using a self-developed acquisition and analysis system of ion current signal, the effects of excess air ratio and engine speed on ion current signal were studied in a LHV (low heat value ) gas engine refitted from a diesel engine. The results show that, the ion current signal of LHV gas engine has two peaks, the second peak is not significant under the large excess air ratio conditions. The ion current signal peak value decreases and the crank angle of the first peak delays with the increases of excess air ratio. Engine speed has smaller impact on the ion current signal, and the ion current signal peak value rises as the increase of engine speed.
