介绍了包钢CSP线“超快冷”系统的建立和运行情况。在包钢CSP线采用轧后层流冷却和“超快冷”工艺,开发出厚度4~11 mm的590 MPa级CMn低成本热轧双相钢。主要力学性能优良,抗拉强度590~620 MPa,屈强比0.62~0.67,伸长率26%~36%,n值0.21。简要分析了“超快冷”工艺对双相钢组织形成的作用。

The parameters and operation of the ultra fast cooling system in Baotou CSP line are introduced. 590 MPa grade lowcost CMn dual phase steel strips of 411 mm in thickness were developed by using laminar and ultra fast cooling process.The main mechanical properties are:tensile strength 590620 MPa,yield ratio 0.620.67, elongation 26%36% and the n value of 0.21. The effects of ultra fast cooling on the structure of dual phase steel strip are analyzed.
