为研究纤维涂层法制备SiCf/Cu复合材料的性能特点,通过磁控溅射法先后将Ti6A14V界面改性层和基体Cu涂层涂覆到SiC纤维表面,并通过真空热压法将被涂覆的纤维制备成SiC,/Cu复合材料,对Ti6A14V涂层、Cu涂层以及复合材料进行了微观分析,并测试了复合材料的拉伸强度.砚究表明,复合材料的Cu基体由致密而细小的晶粒组成;Ti6AMV提高了纤维/基体界面结合强度,复合材料轴向抗拉强度高达500MPa,界面脱粘主要发生在纤维表面的碳涂层与纤维之间。

To study the properties of SiCf/Cu composite Prelpared by fiber coating method, Ti6A14V interracial modification coating and the matrix copper coating were successively deposited onto SiC fibers via magnetron sputtering, and the coated fibers were used to fabricate copper matrix, composite by vacuum hot pressing process. The microstructures of Ti6A14V and Copper coatings as well as the composite were analyzed, and the tensile strength of the composite was determined. The results indicate: that the copper matrix composite is composed of compact and fine grains, and the axial tensile bonding strength is significantly improved by Ti6Ai4V carbon layer and SiC fiber. strength is up to 500 MPa as the fiber/matrix interfacial interlayer. The linterfacial dehonding occurs between thecarbon layer and SiC fiber.
