研究用Pd75Ag25合金膜作为氢传感的敏感元件和辅助电极,纯镍丝作参比,用0.2?mol/dm3 KOH溶液作电解液组成的Devanathan-Stachurski封闭电池制作原子氢渗透速率测量的氢传感器.测定了该传感器的背景电流的变化、信号响应时间、灵敏度和重现性等性能,与Devanathan-Stachurski实验装置对比分析信号的正确性.试验了温度冲击对传感器输出信号的影响.并将研制的传感器进行了现场监测试验,其测量结果合理,该传感器可在5℃~50℃之间的温度范围工作,用于因硫化氢腐蚀在设备的钢壁中原子氢的渗透速率的监测.

A sealed Devanathan-Stachurski cell as hydrogen sensor has been developed for monitoring atomic hydrogen permeation rate.Pd75Ag25 alloy is used as susceptive component and counter electrode.A piece of pure nickel is used as reference electrode.0.2 mol/dm3 KOH is filled in the cell.The background current change and signal response time were detected.The sensitivity and recurrence of the developed sensor were researched.The output of current signal from the sensor was analyzed by comparing to output of current signal from an original Devanathan-Stachurski cell.The effect of temperature impact on the senor signal was tested.The developed sensor was applied to measure the hydrogen permeation rate in field.The field result is reasonable.The working temperature of the sensor is ranged from 5℃ to 50 ℃.It is used to monitor the permeation rate of atomic hydrogen in steel wall of the equipment owing to H2S corrosion.
